Ahri Charm (E) damage increased to 60/95/130/165/200 from 60/90/120/150/200

And? Ahri maxes Q first always. E has no buff until level 9 then. Ahri maxes W second always. E has no buff until level 13 then. The buff provides 0/5/10/15/0 damage per rank. This means at the end of mid game Ahri is doing upwards of an extra 10 damage in a fight.

Which means the buff overall does nothing. It works more to smooth out her numbers (35 damage per level instead of 30 per level and then 50) not to make a meaningful difference.

Needs a buff, just not this one.

It is a tooltip correction. The current one gained 50 damage on last rank and 30 damage on all others.
