@Riot: add GOOD behavior as a matchmaking parameter

Riot, you've said in the past that, in order to community behvaior, you want to give positive reinforcement instead of just punishments. That's the idea (I think) behind the free skins during the season for people who don't get any warnings or other negative actions against their account.

Why not just make this same "good behavior" an additional secondary matchmaking parameter? If you have fifty or sixty people in queue at the same MMR, try to match those who have cleaner records are paired together. If you can't, or the queue times would be too long, it works just like normal. If you can, then they have a more pleasant experience. I've thought to myself a lot of times "I wish there was there was a tier for people who aren't good but at the same time aren't jerks." I don't see why that can't happen.

The line between "toxic enough to get punished" and "not toxic at all" is very thick; most players are a little toxic occasionally.

If the cutoff between being in the good behavior queue is that you simply haven't been punished, that'd only reduce the queue by less than 5% player population. The remaining 95% would still contain all the people that annoy the hell out of you but not often enough or harsh enough to get punished (or are still on their way to getting punished).

In the end, you really would barely notice you're in a special queue. The other 5% or so, however, would be in a living hell that is not very conducive to reform. (Riot is against a "prisoner island" queue because the prisoners tend to just smurf and transfer their toxicity to new players)

Now if the cutoff is not simply whether someone has been punished or not, where would it be? It seems like it'd be a bit unfair to have some vague cutoff where people don't even realize they are being intentionally fed into the "bad" queue.
