5 hextech & keys + bonus essence

so i recently purchased 5 hextech & keys + bonus essence for 975 rp from the shop, i never got my bonus essence. had 75 and still had 75, even after opening all the chests. i feel as i was ripped off. what can be done about this?

I bought that once too, and I don't believe I got the bonus essence. Hmm...

i noticed that they give you a very little amount when you buy the set. around 50. which is very deceiving because specifying you'll get bonus meaning over hundreds of essence not a measly 50.
