fiddlesticks Gameplay bug

I was playing fiddlesticks and noticed the q didn't properly taunt them or just had no affect on them. i noticed it when i q'd a lucian and died after but i noticed he was not taunted. i thought i q'd a minion so then, grag ganked bot alone with no minions this time and i q'd him before i died. i saw my q go on a cd, meaning it went off but grag walked off without a taunt. look into this?
