i was in a ranked que and for some reason i couldn't lock in. i kept pressing it and it wouldn't lock. then my timer went off and i got kicked from the que counting it as a dodge and can't go in another que for another 5mins. i don't think it's not only me. i had 5 ques where people kept getting kicked and unable to lock because i saw their champ being selected and the timer ran out.

edit: got into a que after locking my client screen went half invisible... some1 ended up dodging and i restarted my client.
