client glitch

i've encountered 2 client glitches with the new update,

1. during the 20s of picking pref champ it gave me a countdown to select a champ to ban, it said choose to ban but did not dodge me after the countdown.
2. i started solo ranked que, as i accepted the starting match it was waiting for the rest, at the last second after it went from yellow to blue it stated that i have declined? then my client froze for a few seconds then went back to normal.
