Why is Brand still free to play?
This guy has been free to play for the past 3 weeks, I believe. I have a personal dislike of this guy, and would love to not ban him every time in normals.

I dislike him more as a mid.
Mostly because the most recent time he was a supp for the enemy team our bot lane beat him.
