Rework Bard.

Most of adc's don't like 1v2 bot so rework him into a non-roam support, otherwise more ad mains will get triggered.

No. Bard is literally one of the strongest utility supports and that is a unique niche that fits his lore as a wandering caretaker. Those AD mains can learn to deal with it and adapt.

I'm just worried that Bard mains will get banned for not being the b*tch of their adc... Or maybe they will win a match against Phreak.

Well see, that's why he has his shrines. Leave them behind, give your allies heal packs. Problem solved.

He is there to fill in the role of a roaming support. Why should he get a rework? If you want a supp that doesn't roam just pick someone else.

because he so garbage you could fix this by just never playing him no one should ever played him.
