I feel "grievous wound" isn't an effective counter to what is meant to counter
I've seen this issue for months but i can't say that it's an effective means of countering life steal atm. With the items and champions with a large sustain ( specifically now Rek sai ) I feel morello's and executioner need a form of buff to be more anti life steal effective. Earlier on As i was sona i had morello's on fighting along side a Zed vs a Rek Sai who was about 30% hp. While i initially engaged with W full chord combo ( I didn't have ult atm ) the zed followed up nicely to fight rek sai. Rek Sai came out of that fight with about 70% ish health when he killed zed and went after me.
One of the most popular counters to Life steal is the indirect means of Thornmail. But should items that apply this specifically designed counter to life steal/ regen / spellvamp me more effective ? or if anything noticeable ?
I think the % to be applied should be noticeably raised to pose an actual direct thread to let's say maybe dropping below 70%. It doesn't negate life steal also just reduces it so champions would still pose a larger survive ability.
