Dead man's plate and luudens should count as energizer effects for fleet footwork synergy

It'd be really nice for dead man's to give it some synergy, and it's not that bad to let luudens get an alternate proc type.

absolute worst case scenario would be deadmans static combo in which you'd get essentially an onhit effect with how it procs but it wouldnt be worth it

Cool idea, but Stormrazor would boost Deadman's speed even further then, to the point where it might be a viable option on ADCs that run fleet footwork.

Wouldnt it be in place of a GA though?

Deadmans slow doesnt proc on ranged champs, and you lose the speed on first auto, so not sure what speed you're talking about then, especially since deadmans slow is bigger than stormrazors. I really don't see a problem with getting fleet's movement on auto with it especially since you could just run phase rush instead if you wanted the speed to begin with, and I'm all for conqueror alternatives rn

no you'd discharge 12 or 15 stacks each auto and then stack those charges for the next auto, so the way I'm hoping it would interact (as detailed below) is you would get 7.5% of all effects as your lowest discharge potential, and could proc early the passives for all stackable effects.

item 3742 Here's the Original all I would do is change the generation type from Momentum stacks to energize stacks but keep it as a separate passive, and make crushing blow function based on energize stacks, with it being effected by stormrazor etc. This would make the build have a bit more energize damage by being a chain lighting kite build, the double trigger damage could be super interesting because the burst would be high initially and the trickle of damage (and healing from phase rush) would be lessened, I think it'd be best on adc's like Twitch and on bruisers like Renekton item 3095 item 3742 being a good option for him

UNIQUE – DREADNOUGHT: Generates a maximum of 100 Momentum stacks by moving, which grant up to 60 bonus movement speed. Momentum decays while Stun icon immobilized or Silence iconDisarm icon pacified.

Dreadnought would also on this point allow for early discharge of energized effects based on a direct percentage per stack. I think a 1 for 1 might be too much but the included would tell me that you'd get a direct translation of 0.5% per stack of the energize effect with max energized granting 100% of the effect

UNIQUE – CRUSHING BLOW: Basic attacks discharge all stacks to deal (1 per stack) bonus magic damage on-hit, up to 100. Basic attacks at 100 stacks also Slow icon slow by 50% for 1 second. If the basic attack triggering CRUSHING BLOW Critical strike icon critically strikes, the bonus damage from CRUSHING BLOW will also Critical strike icon critically strike, dealing 100% (+ Infinity Edge item 25%) bonus damage.

item 3087

UNIQUE – ENERGIZED: Moving and basic attacking generates Energize stacks, up to 100. When fully Kircheis Shard item Energized, your next basic attack deals 60 − 140 (based on level) bonus magic damage on-hit.

UNIQUE: Kircheis Shard item Energized attacks bounce to 5 targets, and can Critical strike icon critically strike for 100% (+ Infinity Edge item 25%) bonus magic damage.

item 3094

UNIQUE – ENERGIZED: Moving and basic attacking generates Energize stacks, up to 100. When fully Kircheis Shard item Energized, your next basic attack deals 60 − 140 (based on level) bonus magic damage on-hit.

UNIQUE: Kircheis Shard item Energized attacks gain 35% bonus range (+150 range maximum), charge 25% faster, and function on structures.

Each attach would generate additional stacks, which means dead man's plate stacks would proc and stack to ~15 per auto, and could crit, BUT this would also be movement speed

in addition, the dead man's momentum would stack up from two sources thus making kiting more rewarding.

so yeah effectively I'm asking for dead man's plate to be able to proc its additional damage as additional energize damage, proc energize effects earlier at lowered amounts, and benefit from storm razor, with bonuses from both RFC and Stormrazor also being able to interact

at the end of the day the absolute worst thing you'd run into would be like an ashe with shitier dps (it would be like, 60 on hit magic damage with almost no bonus AD or CDR) but better up front burst and kite.

for that really minor cost, we'd get to have perfect synergy with our fleet footwork and dead man's, maybe it could get better healing i guess? But it'd also allow for item 3095 to be a good item on every AD champ, which gives wiggleroom balance for other areas in the game to wack items in certain places where they could be overtuned. Say what you want about conq and spear being overpowered, nerfing them to shit would massively hurt fighters and juggernauts just to nerf a handful of them, but with these two items you could see a more interesting effect.

Imagine a world where there was a viable option for making yasuo nerfable without destroying him by giving him this and ruining his passive in return, I'd gladly deal with the two patches that would take

I'd rather see it more optimized for tanks than being powercrept towards other classes

why? It was never a tank item, it was intended to be for juggernauts who were envisioned by riot originally to run around with (The old versions of) item 3071 item 3022 item 3053 item 3742item 3748 item 3111 } conq is probably gonna get gutted, juggernauts will only get a nice backup if this goes through. but it would make the item available to two classes who could use a new armor item for later game in niche situations without it being harmed in it's original place for juggernauts...

how would that synergize with fleetfootwork? There are only two things synergizeing with energized effects: Stormrazor and RFC

item 3742 would allow the stacks to be discharged earlier on fleet footwork or item 3087, this would effectively turn item 3087 into a sort of on-hit build after the initial burst instead of the build up of the burst

item 3285 I would assume would kind of suck mixed 99% of the time but it would allow Ap life sustain to be a bit more attractive. I imagine it would allow it to all be proc'd by spells and spell casts

IF they were energized, they would built up energie and discharge regardless of you haveing fleet footwork or not, it might(or might not) be a buff to item 3742 , but it gives you no specific reason to pair it with fleet footwork.
