Riven q "nerfs" wont do anything.
At 40 cdr its up all the time anyways. It wont do anything. You should give her a real nerf. Like revert her R buff.

her Q is pretty much 85% of her damage/trades so thats a fairly significant that riot nerfed her Q. and she dont have 40% cdr in lane, this is where its most likely going to effect her, making it harder for her to punish enemies in lane. making where she becomes more of a mid game champ instead of a lane stomper
Well I mean it is a nerf
She'll probably just end up bouncing back winrate wise as usually, but we'll go from there
It will do a lot, it will be really noticable not having Q reset offen which is really inportant in teamfights
