What do you think about each assassin?

Like which of them are healthy for the game, doing their job as assassins, but not being too oppressive?

Which are underpowered or straight unplayable?

And which have downright trash design and frustrate the hell out of everyone with their gimmicks?

I don't care so much about about winrates, but rather about personal opinion.

On instance, Talon is fine for me. His burst is very good, but he can't do too much after getting a kill and has to E away.

Same with Eve, her charm is impossible to dodge because of the point and click E, but without ULT and before Lich Bane, there isn't much she can do. So she can reliably kill one champion, but then she has to run away.

Akali can so easily just kill multiple people and so does Katarina, while Zed can output 5000 damage on full combo+Electrocute+ULT pop at 6 items.

LeBlanc distortion is annoying and I don't care about nerfs, that ability shouldn't exist, it's Zed W on steroids. She also has the Karma W as her E(though skillshot). This champion is not ok.

Shaco isn't too strong, but he is very frustrating to face. So slippery. He might be underpowered though.

Kha is legit broken due to invis proccing Duskblade and his passive, giving him windows to assassinate 2-3 people easily when fed or close to full build.

Not gonna list all, but in general these are examples of what should and shouldn't exist in my view.

Akali and Eve are the only truly fair and well-designed assassins in my opinion. They give you time to react to them and actually let you do something against them even if they're ahead.

That, in my opinion, is what an assassin should be like. Able to get to the backline and assassinate squishies, but even the squishies get a chance to react.

(correct enemy positioning to do so) so no she isnt balanced and is totally bullcrap due to the massive damage she is allowed to get. remember vs a akali or any other "high skill" champ once mastered it dont matter how good you play there is a certain point where skill shots stop being skill shots where the enemy's skill dont matter only the said "high skill" champ matters where counterplay is gone because of said mastery of pressing 1 million buttons at once (in correct order of course) = wipeout on said enemy with little to no time to react if you call flashing away then dying reacting and they survive to tower, thats the punch in the mouth/groin.

I think any assassin with any sustain being shields/Healing is a poorly balanced assassin. Unless they buy an item like item 3146. Like Kat is fine zero sustain without gunblade

Fizz is the perfect baseline for an assassin I think.

For him to assassinate you, he either has to hit his ult, or be massively fed.

His most powerful basic skill combination (Q + W) has counterplay in that it can miss a dashing or flashing target, but is still a targeted ability and fairly reliable.

His aggro drop is either a gap closer or an escape... It typically can't be used as both right now.

And his mana costs are reasonably high and properly placed.

He's a character that's really powerful in the right situations, but he's also got risks associated with him that make him fairly balanced.
