how about for the 3rd rework we keep the cc at the same button and braindead level.

laning vs ryze is so boring and riot just never learns their lesson.

no one wants this guy to be so easy to play with his point and click snare.

you realize how easy ganks are when all he has to do is press w?

they go flash ghost and no one can catch or run away from these fucks with stormraiders when their burst is so damn huge and SO easy to pull off.

its like tf combo with his stun q but even easier to pull off .

he is so weak early on and can easily be punished. he lacks mana and cooldowns so why not take advantage of that?

lets say you're level 3 with a point in each ability. ryze has a base mana pool of 474 (at level 3). Q costs 40mana on a 6 second cooldown, W costs 50 mana on a 13 second cooldown, E costs 40 mana on a 2.25 second cooldown.

abilities can be combo'd but here are the base damages

q- 60 magic damage w- 80 magic damage e- 50 magic damage

all the abilities scale with mana, and scale terribly with AP so you can't really go back and buy needlessly large rod and dominate lane. ryze takes time to build up. also if you just spam your abilities (even more so with old ryze) you are stuck with cooldowns, lowering your DPS and leaving you vulnerable. have you ever played ryze?

ive played as and vs ryze every rework hes had.

hes been the same bullshit point and click cockroach but now instead of 1 shotting level 3 he 1 shots creeps and then 2 shots enemies.

his shield and movement speed bonus gives me true cancer.

its a shame ryze players dont stack mana items huh?

honestly, the game that you lost vs a Ryze it was your Rumble's fault. If you die to Ryze early game then its not the champions fault, its your own fault. I hate having to play Ryze early game, I hate having to wait 20-30 minutes before I have 45% CDR to fully use the DPS of his kit

nah thats not the game lol. my rumble that game was intent feeding but u know how it goes. bot lane and mid lost as well so ryze being strong wasnt something surprising.

the last game i played on my other account i had a ryze melt my gp early then get a HUGE shield late game added in with his mvoement speed bonus and storm raiders and the guy was untouchable as he spammed all of his buttons.

GP is also garbage early. With the decreased health and mana it's just a struggle to do anything in lane

But yeah Ryze's shield comes up too often
