Why is sivir considered so good?

I dont get it, people keep saying she is really good and stuff but I feel her ultimate is a bit overrated or am I missing out on something...Thoughts?

Waveclear, her ability to create a team-wide engage/dissengage opportunity through her ultimate, and her innate ability to be naturally safer than most other ADC's because of her spellshield.

She has the best waveclear of any ADC so she can splitpush very well. If she gets caught her spellshield and ult means she can usually get away.

She has a strong early game, with good poke and spellshield to block initiations.

She makes initiating teamfights much easier.

Her late game isn't phenomenal, but she doesn't clearly fall off like some other ADC's.

She is mostly a LCS pick. I always laugh when i am up against one in solo-que because they cant use her full power properly.
