Is J4 not a jungler anymore?
No built in sustain and his AOE costs a decent amount of mana early on but doesn't do a lot of damage to camps. I don't think he's the best top laner either. Has no built in sustain like some champions, short range poke unlike ranged champions, NOT very effective at tanking since the shield nerf, an unreliable knockup and weak slow. His R hurts everyone he hits with it. Then they flash or just use a mobility ability(say that 10 times fast). Neat.
He's got good burst if you can survive into mid game I guess. So, he's a mid laner now?
