I take no credit for the post, I'm just trying to spread the information.

Someone named "LostVengeance" appears to have translated the text in the video as well. "Caption: URF will no longer be the most anticipated mode. -0:28 Role Names + Select 4 Abilities -0:05 Urf's rival, about to appear on the new client."

This could be an elaborate prank on the Vietnamese crowd, but for as long as I can remember, Any teasers seem to always debut first on the other regions Social medias (Facebook/Twitter/etc) before appearing on NA.

Again, I could be falling for some elaborate joke here, but who knows.

I also forgot to include one of the comments which seems to support the theory of something to come -

"Kaito: Why did you post this? Do you want to crash the server as well? Riot: This thing is supposed to be posted..."

The post looks to be by the Official Vietnamese facebook profile, I might be too hopeful here, but.
