30 second cooldown increase on her ult at all ranks? OUCH.
Too much objective control on her? I find she's not THAT dangerous if she falls behind, since enemies could just go and wreck her tunnel network without consequences. Then she basically can't use her ultimate optimally (if at all).
Don't honestly see a need to nerf her super-conditional ult. Context is required.

Sure, she's used a lot in competitive play, but she's just not that much more powerful than the other junglers.
