how do you leblanc players deal with a pesky evelyn?

You distortion away. Simple as that. She has no way of actually doing anything to you with her lack of CC or gap closers. If she hits you while it's on CD, well you deal with her the same you do with any champion when your W is on CD. Otherwise calmly blink away.

Also pink one side and play towards that side.

so as lb, you are not afraid of eve ganks etc?

Not at all. I'm more afraid of junglers like Graves who can dash in and burst or someone like Kindred who heavily slows or Amumu who stuns. Evelynn you just W away from. She doesn't do much damage, and the jungle is actually fairly heavy on her. Sometimes you can turn on her and burst her down lol.

Depends. If there's time/can afford it mana wise, sure. If she literally pops out of the shadows, I insta-W away.

Lack of CC... hmm Her Ult slows and if she builds a item 3116 her Q can apply slow.

Lack of serious CC. Her slow doesn't really affect Leblanc. I'm talking Amumu bandage, Elise cocoon. And yeah, but when would she build Rylai's? Past laning phase that's for sure, and still not a serious slow. In that case, every champion can effectively slow. It's more of like Kindred level slow that is massive and then sets up for a nuke. Evelynn is no threat to Leblanc.

It's all reactionary, if a level 5-7 evelynn comes in at half health with only boots and a runic echoes, you can delete it. If this will get you killed by the mid laner, don't do it. What you do depends on the situation. However, what I do know for certain is that so long as your W or Mimic W are up, she cannot do much unless you are literally under their tower and even then, W+R will easily get you out.

I've always built it on her, especially when her tank phase came about it's a great item for Evelynn

Oh def a great item, but not something one would worry about in the laning phase. Eve has more pressing items to build first. Basically don't factor in a rylai's permaslow as CC when playing as Leblanc. She won't be ganking you with a Rylai's, it's safe to assume.

so in late game, eve is afraid or scared to approach you?

If she builds tank, she's not afraid but she'll never solo approach you. Only to initiate. Overall, she's a champion that doesn't have much of an impact on you. She can only slow you. I'm talking laning phase though. Late game anything goes, but when it comes to laning phase and ganks, Eve is not an issue as long as you simply pink one of the pushes and play to that side and use your W more sparingly, and playing a little safer when it's on CD.

Laning Phase... Evelynn don't often have one, especially in the case here where we are talking about her GANKING, being she's a jungler :P

I'm talking about her in relation to Leblanc mid. Leblanc doesn't have to worry about some "Perma CC" Rylai's Evelynn as someone mentioned as opposed to someone with actual CC like Amumu or Warwick. Leblanc has 0 issues with a jungle evelynn.

Warwick has no cc unless he's level 6 and even then it lasts for a few seconds and she could easily get away.
