If you could only have one, which would you take?
I personally prefer Frozen Heart because getting 40% CDR on Leona makes her so freaking scary. CC enemies non-stop, while still being tough as nails if you get enough health from other sources.

ABlueQuaker1 votesThe question should be more like 'Thornmail or Randuin's Omen?' because I get my 40% CDR from Mikael's, Face of the Mountain and Zeke's Herald whenever I'm playing a Utility-Tank Support. The Aura is so good as long as you have at least 2 moderatly AD-Heavy Champions on your team.

Reasoning: Better passive if I need to defend my ADC, and the CDR makes defensive applications of Leona's Ultimate way more forgiving, if ever I as Leona and our ADC falls behind. On the other hand however, Randuin grants better effective health, and its slow guarantees that every individual engage I make is as high quality as possible, lessening the chance that I throw a fight if I'm already ahead.
