A 4.8 second cd on a shield spell is pretty broken. A shield every 10 seconds is healthier and would be just fine for her.

The person who made this video took two bad games of me playing at like 3 am after I finished working a double. He made the video because I deleted him off of my friends list after he constantly harassed me for my personal in real life information. As for my comments, the little stalker went through my entire post history looking for them. They are all correct and applicable to their time frame. He is bad at the game and climbed abusing Karma. I was the bigger person and didn't shame him or trash talk him or make a video of his retarded plays and ass whoopings.

It's not a spell shield, and it's only 4.8 seconds if you have max CDR. Karma all ready falls off later in the game because she doesn't have the tools a lot of other supports have to make really big plays, Mantra'd shield is about the only thing going for her as a support later in the game.
