While the current changes on pbe are a nerf to Fizz's ability to delete someone without his ult, I think I like the fact that now I can buy a 
without regret over a wasted passive. It gives a nice bit of mana regen to help him out in the early to mid game, a respectable amount of ap, and it gives 20% cdr which I rarely find a good time to invest in when playing Fizz.
Thoughts? Think Morello rush on Fizz could be the new thing?

Btw is fizz still going to be able to kill an adc with a W and Q still? Cuz thats the fun thing i do about him.

From what I've heard, probably not. The reduction in damage on his q and w are quite substantial, it's basically turned him into an ap version of zed but without the waveclear, ability to buy sustain, or energy.
