Junglers either need way less jungle xp or jungle monster need to do way more dmg.
I'm tired of junglers coming mid or top with lvl 3 before I can get lvl 2 or just get it.
They also get the buffs that give them both cc and health regen (red buff), which might be too strong with the regen. Seriously, this has become a game of which jungler ganks first, it's not warding or anything. You cant just stay under your tower when the lane is in the middle for the first 2 waves and you don't have the tools to escape if you don't burn flash and that makes you lose lane again.
Junglers need to lose one or more of the following things:

Healthy clears: They need to lose more hp and mana in clears and not come out with more hp than when they enter early on.

A lot of xp: Sure make it ramp up, but they can't just get so much that they can get lvl 3-4 before solo lanes, that's just unhealthy.

Red buff needs to lose the HP regen or have it heavily nerfed: Red buff might be a big problem here, it heals for a stupid amount (1/3/6% max HP per 5 sec on lvls 1/6/11). Make it flat or something.

Clear speed: Monsters should get more hp and resists so it doesn't take less than 1.5 min for them to clear 5 camps. High elo junglers will do their early jungle clear by 2:30~ and that is when someone will get ganked. Way too fast, and even more ridiculous when they come out with full hp.
I'd like to hear others opinions on this. I believe this along with the tank and adc problem should be addressed. This game is mostly jungle and adc playing and other roles supporting or watching.
Toplaners are tanks or troll. Mid is whatever the fuck you want just clear the wave and cc from time to time. Support is junglers and adcs bitch.
