How does the free win work for promos/series?
I made it to my gold series before but I'm not starting with a free win. Did it get removed or am I forgetting something here?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesIf you dodge a match in your promos you will lose a game automatically, but you also lose your Promo Helper win for the next time. This is the most likely explanation for you not having one if you've been in it before.
