One thing that is worrying me is that 
with the new 
+ conqueror + new 
is gonna be too powerful. The man gonna shred through armor and deal insane true damage making him too damn powerful. and with Hall of Blades he can then stack his Q even faster making him too strong overall.
All of these changes are too much in his favor.

I think he kinda would be balanced, since ie give double crit while in same time it doesn't increase his damage against squishy targets aka mages it just make his damage goes through tanker more easier.

I've tested it without doms, he does do less damage with conqueror compared to live.

Well i assumed that since the 50% crit damage what give him the more power in trades with his crits while the new ie just give him no extra damage just bypass some of his damage to true damage to pass through armor.

Nothing is balanced against a champ who has a passive shield that will absorb overlay damage. Like if you try to use an execute on him at 1 health and he has his shield unpopped, it just eats all the damage.

That is a pro, but his spike would be insane. Don't know if that is a fair trade.
VICHEL CHAOS6 votesThe kneejerk reaction without analysis is just insane. Yasuo going for new IE + conqueror + last whisper is so many wasted stats that it is actually laughable. He still needs the same amount of times to get to his 100% crit, and those crits he deals will be hurting for much less because of the 50% amp from IE gone. Basically, those items don't stack well together with conqueror, investing in both penetration and true damage is counter productive because they don't compliment each other well, especially when he already has huge penetration with his ultimate. The lack of amp from the IE passive will hit him much harder than the true damage conversion will help him because he was already using conqueror for true damage and he ignores a lot of armor regardless.
Oh, and as a minor detail, he cannot run hail of blades + conqueror.

In addition every high winrate Yas build has it on second item minimum which is still a rush item.
