is thunderlords still good on adcs?
Fervor of Battle got buffed a bit so is it still good to use on adcs or should I just stick to thunderlords for the 3rd attack burst.

Depends on the ADC, I would imagine.
its good early game but late game not so much
Maybe try finding out for yourself.
auto attack based adcs i would use fervor burst oriented adcs i would use thunderlords
