Every time I play league as a Tank, every other squishy champ has lots of health and does way more damage than I do, but I am a tank, so why do they have so much health?? I think tanks need a damage buff or something because I go up against tanky mages and adc's and they have way more health or something plus they do way too much damage!

you missed the point haha. He's basically saying that tanks have way too much damage without building any offensive items, if it worked the other way (assassins / adcs / burst mages building full damage and being tanky as hell) this is what it would look like
