I actually just saw a post regarding the buff on the ult heal, and also something about the context of his pbe changes on S@20. I really like him and I actually might start using him alot more is he bad or what?

Fondling Gems1 votesAfter around lv 6 1 q would heal back a couple e's, and unless you were hard pushing for some reason you shouldn't have been spamming e early on. In any case the new e has a much higher health cost, if I remember correctly it is % dmg too.

WoonStruck1 votesHe's pretty bad because Riot didn't address his old problems, and only added new ones. A lot of new ones.
If Riot would do a follow-up on him, they would likely get addressed, but for the moment, they seem to just want to put him back into his loop of over-bearing or overly useless at any given time, if their buffs to him are any evidence.
