Can we buff devourer?

Small monsters = +0.1AD, 1 AD per ten small monsters. I notice that when i get devourers... I always end up power farming stupid hard. Like 300 farm by 40 minutes hard. i end up with ~200 magic damage, but i feel that my efforts are wasted because so much of my farm is small monsters and minions.

So, i propose a small change that makes small monsters worthwhile. Maybe we could buff epic monster devourer stacks too.
