Come on riot, put the change where the w cd lockout gets reduced with cdr. You guys made a very good happy medium! Either put that back, remove cast time but keep the cc lockout, or keep the cast time and make it to where the lockout happens ONLY if she gets cc'd during the cast. Dont do both you are making her damn near unplayable!

Q is straight up a trap now it does less damage until 5-6 points and still does less damage unless they are at full hp, E max is still 100% correct with Q being a dump skill.

e max is terrible and has been terrible for a while now, ive maxed q since ive played yuumi, havent changed that since.
