Not sure if I Understood it correctly, but hope I did. Never seen full tank melted late game. Current best winning champs are tanks Like Ekko 57.7% globably, Volibear 54.15%, Sion 54% and this is extremely high. Where Ideal for a champ is around 50-51%.
The people who argue % doesn't matter, haven't usually played in Diamond + Elo.

Infinity, titanic and bortk all been nerfed and got price increases

Ekko win ratio is 49% at late game. Sion is 51%. Voli is 50%. Only shows that tank stats are actually only good early-mid game.

In my last 40 Ranked matched, an average match time is 25-35 Minutes. Only 5-6 Matches have reached 40 minute mark.
