towers weak? bring back fortify.

for all those who dont know, fortify was a beta summoner skill that could be activated to make your nearby tower immune to damage for 7 second and increase its attack speed by 100%

it also granted the caster an assist if the tower killed someone while fortified.

Just a thought.
