thats a little different. Janna is more of a tornado bender. all of her abilities are based around tornados and storm and nothing as basic as wind attacks. if you know what I mean.

if you are including lightning as a variation of fire as a requirement then you also need to include, metal and lava bending for earth and spirit bending.

EDIT: and blood bending (guess vlad covers it but it works quite differently)
