His current rank 1 shield blocks half the damage of an autoattack, he's probably the worst top laner in the game atm. AD scaling will encourage him to build damage items which will probably push him out of proplay in favor of tanks wheras soloQ Urgots can carry. Or even mana scaling.

Wind Whistler2 votesOh my god yes please give Urgot all of his interactions with mana back LOL. That's the one thing I miss most about Old Urgot, I think. If they can't do it for the new one, then at least make a new champion with that, instead. Still waiting for a champion with his ult.
