New idea to make Aatrox passive better

Trying to work with this window of power concept Riot insists upon.

One problem that Aatrox has always had and sitll had is his ability to chase. He is one of the only champions that you will see at top who doesn't have a way to boost his speed. Even with his dive, and even with the lower CD, it still is a noticeable issue. Consider the fact that in addition to having built in movement speed, other champions also have kits that work well with , giving them even more movement speed when they need it.

His Blood Rush drains fast and his ability to stick is lackluster.

Solution:

During Blood Rush, Aatrox is ghosted and any damaging attack or ability on an enemy champion grants vision for 2 seconds.

So while this doesn't give him more movement speed, it will help him manuever through minions and not lose someone in the bush very easily.

Too strong? Not enough?

I don't like the idea of adding yet more power locked-up in Blood Rush.

I was thinking about the problem of his mobility as well.

The idea I came up with was, what if you could use Q just for the dash by holding down the button and right-clicking a location. And since you sacrificed damage and CC you would get half the CD back?

That sounds interesting...but it is like giving him a dash AND a dive in one ability. People might take issue with that

Well you would have to choose between them, so its either a dash or a dive. Given that we have champions now with unlimited dashes like Kalista and Yasuo (if there are targets to dash too)... Its... well, its the direction Riot is going with anyway.

At rank 1, Q has a 13 sec CD, so in order to get the dash and the dive you would need 19-20 seconds.

Also, this would increase the abilities he can use to charge-up his Blood Well.
