If you can, I'd suggest updating it each patch with shifts if you're up for it.
Over time it would make a very clear point on balance direction and balance in general. However, it would be a huge burden to upkeep.

BluePolarizer1 votesBut the probability that plat+ know about balance is much higher than bronzes knowing about balance. We've seen literally hundreds of posts about "Zed OP" with the reasoning being "I lose to it".

Each tier after is a stark difference in game knowledge, without even considering skill.
Hell, between diamond 1 - 0 LP and diamond 1 - 75 LP is practically like the difference between gold/plat and diamond 2.

WoonStruck1 votesI hardly play this game. I could easily hit higher if I invested time into it, and I would if I felt ranked would have been competitive this season. Due to class reworks any dynamic boost, I'm refusing to play because I do not feel it would accurately represent anything.
I hit gold MMR pretty much without trying. Gold is the basis upon which people start understanding the game.
I don't see any plat players beating me consistently, so its hard to say I've hit my true MMR yet.
I wasn't even ever playing champs considered strong at the time. All of my 'mains' are strong now.
So yeah, take that elitism somewhere else. You're not a special snowflake like you think.
Not everyone plays ranked despite internet issues. I'll be fixing mine after getting micro-signal repeaters later this year, and I'll have fun passing you after that once dynamic boost is gone. :)
