It can be for your ally or a enemy putting you into stasis and making you miss a kill. This happened to me twice in a game, and i was considering reporting, but what do you list this under? Support puts me into stasis during a team fight so adc can reposition and get the kill?

i know it blocks enemy bard ult from procing at all and it forces it to CD. im not sure about allies.
