Support meta is stale...
In my opinion, the support meta has gotten extremely stale. I wish we supports had more freedom to roam around the map, maybe even support the jungler as a tag-team, rather than being expected to stay tethered to the bottom lane early on. Riot, can you experiment with a support line of items that allow shared jungle experience? Or maybe create a mastery that provides shared XP boosts when nearby your team's lowest leveled member, so that the support can roam to losing lanes to help them recover if they fall behind [if no teammate has fallen behind, then the lowest leveled member will probably be the jungler].
Maybe the support should have his/her own minigame, roaming around to "shrines" to activate team buffs. Activating the shrines could provide the support XP+gold as well if they own support-line-items, sort of like how jg items provide bonus XP+gold for monster clears. This would give the supports their own set of objectives while roaming, and it would give supports a gold+XP income. It would also be fun if supports could deactivate eachother's shrines, strategically similar to counterjungling.
Also, more support-themed summoner spells would be welcome additions. I remember there being a rally spell ages ago that boosted teammate's damage output in an area. Also, a reworked version of promote (maybe similar to beta version but weaker) could be nice on supports. Ally castable cleanse, like
active, could also increase support spell variety. Similarly, if Frenzy returned in a reworked ally-castable form, it could possibly fit on supports.
I am sure there are a lot of great ideas for improving supporting. Something really needs to be done to make the least desired role more rewarding and interesting.

Is a much more useful support than your
as adc, and never see anyone else play her. If you like leaving lane as a sup play dat bard.
