Played once in LCS by Bjergsen, goes 6/0/2 Vs Viktor. Nerfed.

Taliyah Mains: WTF Vector Casting is messing up her Gameplay, I can't knock someone up. Do I really have to choose a direction? Why increase the cooldown on her Q she can't do a full Q because of worked ground and sometimes she only throws 1 rock for the peanut tiny damage.

Aurelion Mains: Yeah you guys can complain, our Dragon got nerfed the moment he was played in the LCS and he didn't even do that good.

Heimerdinger: Well I got played once too by the troll LCS team Unicorn of Love because they love to bring out of LCS meta champion into it.

That is actually not true, There are alot of champion AP Mages, who is much much stronger than Taliyah, Taliyah is one of those champion who SPECIFICALLY counter another one VERY VERY hard, but she isn't a safe pick, it requires alot from the player to really pull her off. Just like Cass, you have to give your 120% to play the champion at their maximum potential.

Just because there are stronger champions than Taliyah doesn't mean she's not overtuned

A champion that is overtuned is a champion that has an abnormally High stat, I don't think Taliyah is overtuned she has a unique gameplay and fill a unique role in a Team, there is no other champion that does what she does. She has bits and part of other champions in her kit. She might probably have some of their abilities with a higher base but her kit doesn't really Harmonize with each other. If you notice in LCS, Bjergsen was never be able to pull her full combo because of how hard it was to do, sometimes he would completely miss his Q and still be able to pull off the W E, sometimes he would hit all his Q and miss his W E.

Not the one nerf on 6.15, which was the Volley. She is still being looked at by Riot, and my Prediction she is gonna be hit by 2 more patch from now on. Just like Morde and Illaoi, they took about 4-5 patch to try to fix them but still can't quite get it right.

You cannot be biased on a champion, you have to wait, you have to let her go and see where she sits at. Her winrate increase or decrease we won't know until next week. You can't just nerf a champion then follow up next patch with a nerf without knowing whats gonna happen to her.

Remember what happened to Illaoi? Her Winrate per patch was up and down up and down and then Down down down.

She was already looking too strong before the W changes (which are a buff), dude.

Taliyah was pretty strong with her Q because it had extremely high dps both early and late if you landed it correctly.

She was also safe from getting focused because of the low cooldown on knockup. Her unraveled earth simply did too much damage when enemies dashed or were knocked up through it.

I think you forgot the part were those changes were already in the work because they knew the W vector change would buff her ALOT while making her easier to learn so the nerfs they just did wouldn'T be enough to compensate.
