Remember: Always give it your best shot

Recently played a game as Lux mid. The enemy Darius and Draven (lol just realized) were very fed. We were getting creamed. The Ashe and Soraka were arguing over who fed more in bot lane. And all through this, they were trying to surrender. And I voted no. So this exasperated Ashe asked, "What's your endgame, huh?" And I just said, "Let's play and focus on not getting caught - they might make cocky mistakes."

We ended up winning through effectively kiting Darius, and taking out Draven before teamfights began. When we were storming the base I told Ashe: "My endgame, you ask? My endgame was winning"

Remember, the game may look bleak, and yeah sometimes you won't win. But there is always a chance, especially if the enemy team starts getting cocky (and even more so when you have a late game scaling team versus their early-mid game team)

Good luck in the new season - make those epic comebacks!

Best post 2016 (Not really) Agreed if you are not Gold+ but for Gold+ The enemies won't make these sort of mistakes

The toxicity just changes. In low elo they say GG because someone lost lane. It's about laning, and that only. A lost lane, is considered to be a lost game simply because they can't transition into mid game. In Higher elo, It is possible if there is some level of team play. If that team play doesn't exist, then there's little hope of ever getting anything to happen.

Nah, my post was not really worth much anyway. Just wanted to share a story I found a bit inspiring to hope others could share in the feeling

Had a fed darius and an off meta 'jg' swain who didnt take smite nor did any kind of jungling. The enemy diana was also super fed, the game was bleak as hell with 5 of our turrets gone and 1 of theirs gone with a feeding soraka and this swain. Our caitlyn was good though and even when I tried to ff and move on, she kept us going and we eventually won with our late game scaling and our insane amount of chain cc. We ended with far fewer kills than them, they just got cocky and kept making mistakes.

Can confirm for I do get cocky when i'm ahead. I should change my name to Judo Master for the amount of throws I've have done because I was a head. This is also the reasoning I prefer being behind because I would play to win instead of playing to REKT you/go ham.

Great post!

Comebacks are one of the greatest feelings in League, and they just won't happen if you call for a surrender if you give up FB accidentally.
