Refocusing Quinn

Quinn is in a bad spot right now, she is a lower tier Adc and one of the lowest picked Adc. She is this way because, Quinn has 525 range, and her Ult brings her into melee range making her a really risky ADC. Because the style of her Kit basically makes her a assassin already, I suggest that Quinn be refocused to a Mid Assassin / ADC. To do this she needs the following changes, the stats were based off of Talon and Akali but reduced a bit:

HP 575(+85/level) from 532(+85/lvl) Hp regen 7.5(+.64) from 5.42(+.55/lvl) Mana 301(+34/level) from 268(+35/lvl) Armor boosted to 26.5 (+ 3.6/level) from 23(+3.5/lvl) Magic resist boosted to 32 (+1.0/level) from 30(+0/lvl) AD 56 (+3.2/level) from 51(+3/lvl) AS same Ms boosted to 345 from 335

R Cooldown changed to 100 / 80 / 60 Passive changed so that Harrier lasts for 5 sec, and Will Proc every 8 sec or 3 sec if Quinn triggers it. Vault cooldown changed to 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 / 7

Your changes would make her the most disgustingly OP champion in the entire game.

Her base stats are appropriate for a ranged champion - and even on the high side for some of them. For example, she has both good base Armor and good base HP already. And no ranged champion gets scaling MR.

Agreed Quinn could use some work, but this would just make her OP no questions asked.

Don't bother playing her as an adc, play her top or mid lane and watch the hate roll by in all chat :), last time i did this my whole team was feeding and even tho the enemy team was ahead they were being salty as hell towards me and because of that they threw the game. Quinn summoner 1 #quinns a goddess.

She's not intended to be a traditional ADC.

She only needs more Uptime of Valor, more armor on Valor and scaling MR on Valor. Also, the blind mechanic should be reworked since it almost never works on her given the lower duration of hers compared to Teemo's (on him it works pretty well).

Since her role is being changed to a mid assassin, mid she encounters Xerath, Leblanc, Ahri She will need scaling MR. Even in her current role Quinn needs some more Hp and Armor, while she is technicaly 525 range, she is still outranged by most ADC, and most mages, and when she uses her utl she is in melee range this gets her killed sometimes.
