if shield bash applies on any shields,

does that mean i can give my team a free AoE stat boost if they have shield bash, and i use karma e or pop a locket?

or kassadin gets it when he gains his magic shield or someone uses nullifying orb?

Even Malphite's passive works. Although it isn't practical because he can't proc the extra damage again until he loses the shield and regains a new one.
