Can I use Ashe to reliably climb in ranked. I am in bronze 3. Lets say I get to a higher elo can I still use her to climb. Also what runes/Items/summoner spells do I take with her. What abilities do I max first. Also what other roles except for ADC can I play with her.

She's... not the best choice. Probably one of the worst in fact, but certainly possible.
Zardo2 votesYup! You can play her to climb. She's extremely unforgiving though, you need to position very well or you're generally SOL. Makes her great at teaching fundamentals of positioning.
You have 2 rune and item options. You either go Commet with 
for poke and ult CD, or you go Lethal tempo with 
core. You go the first if you don't really have a reliable frontline or are into dive(or are playing into a hard lane) and go the latter otherwise.
Just take heal/flash, tp on adcs is really bad below high diamond because you miss out on a lot of trading power early. Start W and max W, go q at level 2 take another point in w at level 3 and then level e at 4. ADC is pretty much your only role, but if you wanted you could make other roles work, you'd just have to play safer.

TBH Ghostblade felt pretty solid on her with the W poke, slow, and arcane comet. Not going to be an effective late game build, but it's strong early for sure.

If I remember correctly, you missed me with your R late game after soloing a drake, and then STILL killed me because damn Q was back up because of CDR items....

She can climb quite reliably tho isnt as much of a solo carry as someone like vayne or kai'sa. She is a really safe pick so you will always be able to farm and have an impact on the game.
She has 2 predominant builds at the moment. One being the standard attackspeed/crit adc build with a runaans built in. Her other is an arcane comet/volley spam with insanely high cdr and mana.
All ADC take flash/heal for summs and ashe always maxes W first.
(Mastery 6 Ashe player and im confident enough with her to play her in ranked at high silver)
Illabethe1 votesAshe can to about Gold. People don't understand that on the right build, Ashe can charge Q and use it in about 1 second. Even if she misses her ult, she can obliterate a team who comes close. It's all about the right build, and timing your fights to get off 2 volleys of Q.
Crispy0Snake1 votesNo way, she's balanced for pro play, immobile, squishy, relies on her high range (which you just won't use unless you practice enough and learn to attack move) and passive. No E ability because no one will look at their map, relies on support to peel/keep you alive, you need a team to follow up if you hit an arrow
I think in low elo I would not play bot lane at all, but I think Lucian is really good for low elo if you have to use an ADC
He punishes mistakes really hard, his build is quite resilient for an ADC, he's mobile, lots of burst, definitely a good champ

Low skill cap, punishes placement, wins objectives.
Even if you get stomped early finish 2 items and hit R and can still get a damn penta.
