When I Read the PBE changes before the patch I knew we were screwed.
Now I'm just sad riot didn't extinguish the fire.
When you've been playing this game since beta, you can tell when things aren't good for the game. I just wish riot trusted us.

Fool, of course riot doesn't trust us. When the community gets pissed off that a champion is over powered RIGHT after they begged for buffs weeks prior, how could they? (As seen with Tahm Kench, Veigar, etc. etc.) Hell, even in the PBE, which is supposed to be a testing ground for items, bugs, and feedback, we as the community missed two major bugs. (One being Phantom dancers glitch and the other being shyvana's glitch). Sure, some glitches are bound to slip by, but for the PBE player base let two big ones get by so easily... that's telling.
Also, Riot can't "trust" the community, because the "community" is normally a few, very vocal people speaking on a particular topic. It never represents the whole of the community. Because of that, it makes more sense for them to put trust in the data they collect in game. That's not to say they don't take into account popular demand, but too often it has ended up where they listen to popular demand, and receive backlash for it anyway.
