I mean, they're going to want all of the new champions to see play at worlds. Look at Yuumi 2019. And, because he's such a simple champion to execute with clear weaknesses that just don't get exploited in lower mmr's I would actually expect to see him nerfed and then immediately buffed again to be more broken. I mean we are very good at Pattern Recognition as human beings and this has been the Rito Trend for quite some time. So aphelios rebuffed, Senna buff and Sett buff at least for 2020 worlds patch.

You really have no idea what you’re talking about. A) Garen never made it to live with his on-hit. B) Sett is getting nerfed next patch. C) Garen doesn’t need buffs, you need to learn how to actually play. You’re bronze 3, on an easy champion to play, and you have a 47% with him. If you’re going to main a champion, maybe have a higher than average winrate on them?
