Get mid fed.
If there is an opportunity to get a guaranteed kill in one of the feeding lanes, take it. But it is much more efficient to just leave feeding lanes behind.
Trying to gank for feeding lanes can actually negatively impact your team if the enemy laner is so fed that he can 1v2 you guys. Then you fed 2 more kills and put that lane even further behind. Ganking for your lanes that are evenly matched or even tilted to your side is always the best approach.
Stonewall008 is a very good jungler who has videos on youtube talking about how to climb and win from behind with junglers.
One of his primary tips is to find your anchor. What he means by anchor is a team mate that you work primarily with.
In solo queue, it is very common to have 1 or even 2 lanes that feed or are overall completely ineffective at their jobs. Finding your ‘anchor’ means identifying the one or two players on your team that aren’t complete garbage and ganking for them relentlessly in the hopes of getting them fed and then you and him/her can carry the other players on your team to victory.
In your example, it is obvious that top and bot are the 3 terrible players on your team. Camp mid and work as hard as you can to get him/her kills and assists. Use the advantage you gain in that lane to recover the other two lanes over time and use your anchor’s presence to take towers and objectives.
