Low Priority Queue Season Rewards

> Players who have had Low Priority Queues won't be affected unless they have had 20 min Low Priority Queues.

I find this to be extremely unfair to people that HAD unstable internet at one point. When I was in gold (towards the beginning of the season) I was dcing around every 4 games. 90% of my DC's were my INTERNET PROVIDERS fault so why should I get my rewards taken away? You can argue that you should stop playing if you are DCing every 4 games but how would I know if they fixed it? I called in, they say they fixed it, 4 games later I DC. If I get my rewards taken away because of something that was out of my control, I will probably be done with this game.
