How do you get a hang of the unlocked camera?

Playing with the locked camera really screws over my plays sometimes. Unlocked one feels really odd, especially when you accidentally move it..
Any tips?

i learned to play with unlocked camera first so i did not need to reteach myself camera, basicly to play with unlocked camera you need to use your space bar alot to get back to your person
Play with spacebar. All I got to say.
You practice. A lot of the time you switch between locked and unlocked in the same game, a lot of the time in the same fight lol. You'll get a hang of it eventually
Hmm, I've been in your shoes for 2 years and now I can't play locked, it's awful. Basically, you have more sight range (in lane, you can place it to have the camera focused on the minions, instead of yourself ; you're wasting a part of your screen on the place between you and your tower, you don't need to have vision there).
Also, for example when playing Ezreal, you see a low enemy, you try to EQ but you miss it because the map moved but not your mouse, your mouse is no longer on the enemy character. While with unlocked, the map doesn't move, you have full control on the camera, you EQ, your mouse is still on the enemy character, you get the kill.
Finally really useful for long range skillshots.
At least play semi-locked, full locked is putting yourself at a huge disadvantage.
If you wanna get the hang out of it, practice yourself by moving your camera around (if you're jungling, between your camps, if you're laning, when going back to lane, when roaming, when you shoved the wave, etc.
