Why doesn't aatrox passive .....

His kit is boring, he's too easy to kite, his Q is mega telegraphed and he takes more damage using it than Tristana does and he blows up in teamfights despite his ult.

He also isn't allowed to be powerful due to how reliant he is on massive sustain.

Any more obvious questions you want to ask? He's going to get a rework, but from what we've seen so far with the juggernauts, Morde and Fiora, I'm not holding my breath it's not gonna do anything but make him weaker or more confusing to play for a year.
