I just realized this. Such cancer.... can't escape her and she has a permanent shield. Also she does a lot of damage. Wtf riot. Anyone else think this is op? Also her laning phase isn't bad either.

Ever fight fizz, ekko, or zed with 40% cdr? They're inescapable and uncatchable.

She falls off hard late game she has only 1 real damage spell and most casters either -outrange her -outscale her -out burst her the thing she has going for her is that she has more utility then most casters

Actually that's wrong in every way

Shield lasts 4 seconds and has a 4.8-4.4 cooldown with 40-45% cdr

Tether lasts 2-3.25 seconds with a 7.2-6.6 cooldown with 40-45%cdr

Her Q's slow lasts 1.5 seconds for 25% with a 3-2.85 cooldown with 40-45%cdr
