Allow Pantheon to move during E.

Remove the channel. Allow Pantheon to move during E. Pantheon current E is quite shitty. You are fixed in place to deal damage in an AOE. You are also fixed in place when using W on a target. There is so much vulnerability in Pantheon kit.

Allowing Pantheon to move during E will help him waveclear more easily and it allows more chase with Black Cleaver movement speed buff.
